About this program

Families Moving Forward is a program of Plymouth Church Neighborhood Foundation. In collaboration with 42Â congregationsÂ throughout the Twin Cities metro area, we provide emergency shelter for families at congregation sites; advocate for families in their search for affordable, permanent housing; and provide ongoing supportive services to the families we serve as they make the transition from homelessness to stable housing.
