About this program
OPTION HOUSE is a 15-bed emergency shelter for children and youth ages 3-17 years. Central Texas Youth Services has been operating Option House since 1977 providing the following services at no cost to the child, youth, or their family.The children and youth we serve may be homeless, runaways, push-outs, or removed from their home due to abuse and/or neglect. We also offer a cooling off period up to three days for families who are in crisis or conflict.
