Transitional Apartments. On the 3rd floor of the Wabash Avenue building, there are 19 one-bedroom apartments available for to single, low-income men who have completed the program and are employed. There is no other facility like this available to men in the Wabash Valley. We recently built 6 one-bedroom apartments for single women at 18th and Chestnut Streets for ladies finishing the program at our Conners Center.
