Scott, Jr. M.D. Convalescent Care Center (RMSCCC) provides homeless men a safe short-term environment to continue their convalescence from surgery, injury or illness.Â Residents are provided, at no cost, the basics of food, clothing, and shelter in a clean, supportive, and nurturing environment.Â
