About this program
16th & Market Workforce Affordable Housing is a 136-unit modern housing community composed of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Units feature granite countertops, central heating and air and balconies. Two laundry rooms, children's play areas, an exercise room, a bike storage room and a computer lab are also available for tenant use. An outdoor, second-story community area includes a play area, barbeque grills and comfortable seating. Underground secured parking and two elevators are also available.
