About this program
This program is for unaccompanied single men and women over age 18 who have a dual diagnosis of mental illness and drug/alcohol abuse. In collaboration with other Tarrant County homeless service agencies, the Simon program provides room and board, as well as a variety of services, for up to two years. Â
