About this program

The Adelante program is a self-sufficiency and transitional living program for families experiencing homelessness in the San Luis Valley. It aims to empower families to become self-reliant and financially independent by guiding families in gaining skills, experience, and support that will improve their quality of life. Adelante is a two-year intensive program that not only supports families as they transition out of homelessness, but also provides tools for them to move beyond it
