About this program

Based on the belief that all youth have the “right” to “pass” from childhood to adulthood with support from caring and experienced adults, Rights of Passage (ROP) helps older adolescents progress from homelessness to productive lifestyles though stable residency, improved life skills and employment opportunities, and increased self-responsibility for determining their future.
