Hartford Transitional Housing Program (HTH):Thirty-three beds are available to men who are referred by Court Support Services Division to the Alternative Incarceration network with a stipulation of transitional housing for at least the first 30 days of their program commitment. Clients participate in day programming at the Hartford Alternative Incarceration Center. (Established 1989)
