About this program

Men’s Halfway House (Norwalk):A community justice residential program that offers an alternative to incarceration for non-violent offenders. Residents are given counseling, substance abuse counseling and education, assistance locating employment and general assistance getting their lives together. Two meals per day are provided. Residents are monitored for program compliance. Ninety six percent (96%) do not return to the criminal justice system and become positive contributing members to society.
