Soromundi Commons, a project ofÂ YWCA Hartford Region and Chrysalis Center, Inc.,includes 13 efficiency units and 35 affordable one-bedroom -apartments to those struggling with physical or mental disabilities, substance abuse and domestic or sexual abuse; who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless; and who have incomes at or below 50 percent of the state median.
