About this program

Neighborhood Homes:This program, located in two townhouses in the community, offers transitional housing to 12 men in recovery from substance dependence. Residents are offered basic supportive counseling, case management, recovery support and recreational programming. They are assisted in applying for services to meet their concrete needs, including permanent housing. Residents of Neighborhood Homes also participate in outside clinical/medical programming as needed. The length of stay is up to 9 months, and individuals must be referred from a homeless service setting.
