HELP HarborÂ was the first HELP USA transitional residential facility exclusively devoted to serving victims of domestic violence. HELP Harbor offers housing for 53 families, serving a maximum of 181 clients.HELP Harbor does not discriminate against male victims of domestic violence, though 99.9 percent of its clients are women.
