About this program
In 2000, we expanded our programs and facilities to include transitional housing for families at the Transitional Living and Learning Center (TLLC) on Blanco Road. The TLLC is a residential facility for up to 40 homeless families with minor children who show a commitment to gaining self-sufficiency. The individual needs of all family members are supported, promoting the viability of the family as a whole. In Fiscal Year 2011, 298 unduplicated family residents, of which 93 were adults and 205 were children, lived and were served at TLLC.
