Community Outreach - Transitional Housing Program

About this program

Our Transitional Housing Program provides a unique opportunity for homeless men, women, and families to learn to become self-sufficient and productive members of our community.  In a structured, safe, and supportive environment clients are able to take advantage of our extensive case management services and life skills training.  In addition, we offer classes on health/nutrition education and computer skills
