About this program

Emergency Shelter and Stabilization-The Victory House facility includes emergency shelter dorms where men who access this service have forty-five days to determine if the program will meet the needs of their situation. During this period, residents create realistic short-term goals, must attend meetings and group life skills education and assist in house chores. Once accepted into the program, men move into dorm rooms housing four beds and begin the complete case management process.
