Foundation 2's Transitional Living Program (TLP) and Iowa Aftercare Services Network (IASN) are designed to provide housing, skills training and support services to young adults (ages 16-21 for TLP and 18-21 for IASN) for whom family living or residential treatment is no longer an option.Â
