Serenity House Of Clallam County - Transitional Housing

About this program

Transitional Housing is designed for families and individuals who require longer-term assistance with housing, plus supportive services. Evergreen Family Village, Serenity Court and Cornerstone place families in apartments owned or leased by Serenity House.  Transitions To Housing and One Family-One Home are “transition-in-place” programs that place families in rentals in the community, with the intention that they won’t have to move to a different rental when they complete the program.
