Opened in October,Â 2006, this inviting 55 unit, three-story housing community features one bedroom apartments for low-income seniors.Â Sumby is situated in a residential neighborhood near senior centers, libraries, transportation, entertainment and diverse houses of worship. Transportation provided toÂ beautiful, brand new shopping center just minutes away.Â Sumby is named after the historic Sumby Hospital which was formerly located on this site and continues to be a beacon in the community.
