About this program

Coventry Place Apartments has 97 apartments of affordable housing for elderly and disabled persons. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, we offer high quality amenities with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Relax outdoors in our enclosed courtyard, make an appointment at our on site beauty and barber shop, or participate in our many social events hosted in the community room or lounge. Kick back and watch a movie on your choice of two big screen televisions or have fun and join an exercise class. Whatever your preference, Coventry has the solution! We offer studio and one bedroom apartments and residents pay just 30% of their monthly adjusted income for rent and utilities. We are pleased to offer a myriad of supportive services to aid in improving our resident’s quality of life and sustaining their ability to live independently.
