This charming 55 unit community for low-income seniors is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood near senior centers, libraries, transportation and diverse places of worship.  Residents will enjoy amenities such as community room and kitchen, library, lounge, beauty/barber shop and caring, on-site staff.  Pay just 30% of your monthly adjusted income for rent and utilities, but live life you pay hundreds more!  Applications are now being accepted for immediate occupancy.
