Nancy made a routine visit to Kaye, but there was no answer at the door.  Nancy immediately knew something was wrong as it was uncharacteristic for Kaye not to be home.  When there was no response from Kaye, Nancy called out to her through the door and heard a faint cry for help.  Kaye had fallen in the bathroom and was injured.  Nancy immediately called 9-1-1 and Kaye was taken to the hospital where she made a full recovery thanks, in part to Nancy’s quick response.
