About this program
In addition to the offices or many programs, and an emergency shelter, YWCA Seneca provides 116 units of single room occupancy (SRO) low-cost housing for women. There is a 24-hour front desk and secured elevator entry for all floors Most units have shared bathrooms, though each room has a washbasin. Rooms are approximately 200 square feet and are furnished with a twin bed, dresser, table, chair and small refrigerator. Building provides a laundry room on each floor. Some units subsidized through Seattle Housing Authority and other agencies.
