About this program

     AHA runs its Permanent Supportive Housing Program in sixteen apartments at Steven Place located in Midtown in the City of Sacramento, and six apartments at Hidden Cove in Oak Park in the unincorporated County. Very low income and homeless Persons Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWH/A) - individuals or families where at least one is infected - live in subsidized apartments where rent and a utility allowance are held to 30% of their income, typically SSI or similar.
